Digital Product Analyst
Location: Bangalore – India
JOB SUMMARY:
The MillerKnoll Technology team is building a customer-centric, digitally enabled business model to reshape the way our family of brands does business. We’re creating frictionless customer experiences through digital solutions across our platforms, and we need a Digital Product Analyst focused on retail supply chain to help us get there.
We are seeking a candidate with strong ecommerce experience who excels at gathering and translating business and user needs into actionable product inputs within an Agile environment. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to define requirements, support feature development, and ensure solutions are well-understood and effectively implemented. You will play a key role in enabling scalable, high-quality digital experiences by driving clarity, supporting delivery, and helping optimize product performance across our ecommerce portfolio.
GENERAL PURPOSE
As a Digital Product Analyst, you will support the strategy, analysis, and optimization of MillerKnoll Group’s North America eCommerce experiences on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders to analyze customer behavior and conversion performance, define KPIs, and define requirement for core eCommerce capabilities such as merchandising, search, promotions, and checkout. This role requires a high degree of ownership and initiative; you are expected to proactively drive work forward, independently gather missing information, and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support planning and evaluation of product initiatives by partnering with Digital Product Managers and stakeholders to define scope, costs, timelines, and budget alignment.
- Develop and deliver stakeholder training and enablement for new product features and enhancements, including guidance on functionality, content authoring, data requirements, and platform usage.
- Ensure user acceptance, performance, and post-production testing are completed and documented in accordance with MillerKnoll testing guidelines.
- Promote a customer-centered approach to product development and decision-making.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and vendor capabilities to provide insights and recommendations to Digital Product Managers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support product features, shared initiatives, compliance considerations, and operational needs.
- Define and monitor key metrics and conduct lifecycle analysis of digital products, including pre-launch research, post-launch performance monitoring, and ongoing evaluation to drive continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate ownership by proactively driving work forward, seeking clarity, and following through on open questions and dependencies.
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships through proactive follow-up and independent coordination across business, design, and engineering teams.
- Clearly articulate requirements, context, and open questions in refinement sessions to enable efficient collaboration with engineering teams.
- Actively manage and maintain backlog items, including monitoring updates, responding to feedback, and ensuring tickets are complete, accurate, and actionable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in IT or Business, Statistics or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of experience in product or business analysis, preferably within digital.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience in eCommerce and front-end retail environments, with hands-on exposure to Salesforce, Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and related digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence to support requirements management, backlog tracking, and cross-functional collaboration in Agile environments.
- Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting system and data mapping across integrated platforms.
- Create and manage Epics, user stories, and detailed requirements in Jira, and support the analysis and documentation of system integrations to ensure seamless functionality across digital platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product decisions and performance optimization.
- Experience defining, measuring, and evaluating product metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of digital commerce ecosystems, including platform interactions, data flows, and customer experience dependencies.
- Experience designing and documenting test scenarios to support user acceptance and validation activities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options and recommend effective solutions.
Note: This role requires working a hybrid schedule (remote work is not available) with shift timings from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST.
