This role involves close collaboration with business, leading a team of data scientists, analysts &amp; engineers to ensure successful deployment of AI/ML pipelines for production rollout.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Strategic Leadership</strong>: Define and execute the vision for leveraging data analytics and AI/ML across the organization to drive business value.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>AI/ML Solutions Development</strong>: Lead the design and delivery of sophisticated AI and ML models to solve complex business challenges, enhancing operational efficiency and creating new opportunities.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Pipeline Architecture</strong>: Architect, develop, and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for scalable production rollouts, ensuring robustness, efficiency, and maintainability.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Team Management</strong>: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities for impactful analytics projects. Translate complex data insights into measurable business outcomes.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Data Governance and Compliance</strong>: Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards, including data privacy and security protocols.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Innovation and Research</strong>: Stay abreast of the latest AI/ML technologies and analytics trends. Promote a culture of learning and experimentation within the team to explore new methodologies and tools.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Education</strong>: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Experience</strong>: At least 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and sound understanding of technology to design and implement end-to-end AI/ML product / solutions.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Leadership</strong>: Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling high-performing teams to deliver complex solutions.</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Technical Expertise</strong>: Expert knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, NLTK, LLMs) , data modelling, and statistical analysis.
