This role will own the vision, development, and scaling of a unified data platform that consolidates disparate data sources and enables seamless access to high-quality, actionable data across the organization.   As a critical partner to teams such as Consumer & Market Insights, Financial Insights, and other business functions, this leader will ensure data is structured, accessible, and actionable—while also driving the integration of AI capabilities into the platform. With ownership of both data and AI enablement, you will help drive the next phase of TPCi’s data maturity, transforming fragmented systems into a cohesive, future-ready platform. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you will influence across subsidiaries, partner with senior leaders, and build a strong, scalable team - ultimately elevating how TPCi uses data to make smarter, faster decisions. Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $188,500 - $251,000 per year. The full range is $188,500 - $339,500 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
