This role sits at the center of how we bring those products to market.  We're hiring a Director, GTM Program Management & Analytics to own the operational backbone of our commercial go-to-market function. This is a program management and analytical leadership role: you will design and run the systems, cadences, and performance infrastructure that make launches land consistently — across local game stores, retail channels, and digital touchpoints. You'll work across Studio, Commercial, WPN, Marketing, and Analytics to drive coordination, surface insights, and translate data into decisions.  What
