We own the GTM tech stack, data architecture, and automation layer that enables scalable, efficient execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. As we continue to evolve in an AI-driven landscape, we are focused on embedding intelligence directly into our workflows to drive better decisions, improve productivity, and accelerate revenue outcomes.</p> <h3><strong>About the Role:</strong></h3> <p>We're seeking a highly technical, innovative, and forward-thinking <strong>Sr. GTM AI Architect</strong> to lead the design and deployment of AI-driven capabilities across our GTM tech stack. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for embedding AI directly into revenue workflows to enable smarter decision-making, automate manual processes, and improve execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.<br><br>You'll act as both a builder and operator, translating a deep understanding of GTM workflows into practical AI systems. While we already leverage AI across our systems, this role was created to go deeper β€” providing dedicated focus to scale those efforts and drive adoption of the highest-impact, field-facing use cases.</p> <p>This role reports to the Senior Director, Revenue Systems, Data &amp; AI within the Revenue Operations, Strategy &amp; Enablement team, with close partnership across the GTM organization.</p> <h3><strong>You Will:&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>GTM AI Strategy &amp; Use Case Development</strong> β€” Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success in partnership with Revenue Operations, aligning initiatives with business priorities to improve field productivity, conversion, and customer outcomes<br><br></li> <li><strong>AI Workflow Design &amp; Deployment</strong> β€” Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agentic solutions across the GTM tech stack, embedding AI into core processes like pipeline inspection, lead prioritization, deal coaching, and customer engagement β€” practical, scalable, and built for field adoption<br><br></li> <li><strong>Automation &amp; Intelligence Layer</strong> β€” Build and scale automation and intelligence layers on top of Salesforce and the broader GTM stack, leveraging LLMs and modern AI tools to evolve manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows<br><br></li> <li><strong>Systems &amp; Architecture Partnership</strong> β€” Integrate AI into platform design in close collaboration with Systems &amp; Architecture, ensuring alignment with data models, governance standards, and long-term architecture<br><br></li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Signal Utilization</strong> β€” Leverage GTM data to power AI-driven insights and workflows, ensuring high-quality inputs and outputs for confident decision-making<br><br></li> <li><strong>Continuous Innovation &amp; Experimentation</strong> β€” Stay ahead of AI and GTM technology trends by rapidly evaluating, testing, and scaling new tools and approaches.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>You Have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>8–12+ years of experience across RevOps, GTM systems, software engineering, or technical roles in B2B SaaS</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and automation frameworks</li> <li>Deep experience with Salesforce and modern GTM tech stacks&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong technical skills (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations, data workflows)</li> <li>Proven ability to design and deploy AI-driven solutions in business environments</li> <li>Strong understanding of GTM processes and revenue operations</li> <li>Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Highly autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor</li> <li>Curiosity and passion for applying AI to real-world business problems</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Salary, Benefits, &amp; Perks:</strong></h3> <p>At Invoca, all new hires in the U.S. receive benefits starting <strong>on day one</strong> of employment.
