We partner with clients across the globe to identify their highest-value opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their enterprises using AI and automation.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What will you do?&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Leadership role wherein she/he would work closely with Zenon’s executive leadership to conceptualize, develop, implement solutions in the AI-ML space, especially focused on<strong> NLP </strong>and unstructured data analytics</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Lead a high functioning and results-driven cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven models across NLP, deep learning and machine learning</li><li>Deliver projects to drive business strategy and solve challenging problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies</li><li>Establish both short-term and long-term strategic roadmaps to drive results</li><li>Provide technical leadership and career mentorship to data scientists with a wide range of backgrounds</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>What are we looking for?&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>10+ years relevant experience</li><li>B.Tech/B.Tech+M.Tech/M.Tech from top IITs in a quantitative field (i.e. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Machine Learning, Physics, Econometrics, etc.) or Advanced degree (M.Tech/MS/PhD or equivalent) in data heavy research discipline with substantial quantitative analysis</li><li>A proven track record of leading multiple data science and NLP projects from start to finish and delivering business value</li><li>Experience managing and mentoring mid-large sized cross-geographical teams of data scientists</li><li>Expertise in designing strategies and presenting proposals to clients and internal stakeholders</li><li><strong>Very solid grasp of NLP and machine learning along with strong programming skills&nbsp;</strong></li><li>Should have deep knowledge and interest in emerging trends in the AI/data science domain and should be keen on learning new technologies</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in executive-facing presentations will be good to have</li><li>Data science experience in Financial Services/ Healthcare companies is preferred.</li></ul>
