By combining our own software with a nationwide network of attorneys, we have redefined the what’s possible for the legal services industry.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Coverage Supervisor is responsible for leading a high-volume, performance-driven Coverage team supporting Docketly’s operational excellence. This leader drives staffing performance, inside sales effectiveness, recruiting execution, and KPI attainment while developing a team of Coverage Specialists to operate at scale.</p> <p>This role requires a data-driven, self-sufficient leader who can balance people development with measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume staffing environment</li> <li>Drive team performance against KPIs including fill rate, margin targets (36%+), drops, losses, and daily MTTC execution</li> <li>Translate recruiting and inside sales strategies into scalable best practices across the team</li> <li>Set, track, and execute against team and individual OKRs to ensure consistent performance growth</li> <li>Analyze reporting data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps; implement corrective action plans</li> <li>Manage escalations professionally, exercising sound judgment and solution-oriented decision making</li> <li>Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and measurable results</li> <li>Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements that increase speed and quality</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment on performance goals</li> <li>Maintain strong oversight of hearing losses, cancellations, and coverage gaps while ensuring proper approval workflows</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–4 years of progressive experience in coverage and recruiting environments with clear career growth</li> <li>Proven strength in inside sales, including consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to convert recruiting and sales tactics into repeatable systems for team success</li> <li>Data-driven decision maker with strong proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics</li> <li>Experienced in setting and operationalizing OKRs to drive measurable outcomes</li> <li>Strong continuous improvement mindset proactively identifies process gaps and implements solutions</li> <li>Effective escalation manager who remains composed and solutions-focused under pressure</li> <li>Holds team members accountable while fostering engagement and performance ownership</li> <li>Skilled coach who develops others through structured feedback, training, and real-time performance management</li> <li>Highly self-sufficient and reliable; trusted to operate independently while aligning with leadership priorities</li> <li>Strong communicator and collaborator across departments</li> <li>Demonstrates leadership readiness through influence, consistency, and balanced people/business focus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Success Metrics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Team consistently meets or exceeds margin targets (36%+)</li> <li>Reduction in coverage losses and unapproved drops</li> <li>Improved MTTC execution and staffing efficiency</li> <li>Increased team productivity and quality performance</li> <li>Strong bench development and succession readiness within the team</li> </ul> <p><strong>Being a Docketly employee means:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental Vision Coverage&nbsp;</li> <li>401K plan with company matching</li> <li>Transit benefits</li> <li>Excellent growth opportunities<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Range: </strong>$63,000-$75,000-based on experience</p> <p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday through Friday-with a start time of 9am, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.&nbsp;</p>
