D&T Analyst II – HR

OVERVIEW
It is an exciting time to be part of the Digital and Technology HR solutions team supporting global initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvement, and technology transformation.
This position reports to the D&T Manager – HR and is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and transforming the Workbrain and Kronos landscape. The role will partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, vendors, and technical teams to ensure stable day-to-day operations, deliver continuous improvements, support transformation initiatives, and execute release upgrades. This role is expected to demonstrate strong proficiency in workforce management systems, problem solving, process analysis, testing, and stakeholder communication.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Workbrain and Kronos and ensure system health, stability, and sustainability
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and drive timely resolution of incidents and defects
- Support run operations by monitoring inbound and outbound processes, validating data, and ensuring service continuity
- Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and user experience
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional recommendations and technical specifications
- Support improves initiatives by delivering system enhancements, configuration changes, and process optimization
- Participate in transform projects related to workforce management, time, attendance, scheduling, and payroll integration
- Coordinate and support release upgrades, including impact assessment, regression testing, deployment readiness, and stabilization
- Create and execute test scripts and ensure quality assurance, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing are completed effectively
- Develop and maintain documentation for system changes, support processes, testing outcomes, and release activities
- Partner with external vendors and third-party teams to deliver enhancements, fixes, and upgrades with quality and timeliness
- Communicate system changes, release impacts, and operational updates to business users and stakeholders with varying technical knowledge
- Support prioritization of backlog items across run, improve, and transform demand
- Recommend best practices and drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across workforce management processes
- Work collaboratively across global teams to align technical solutions with business needs and long-term roadmap priorities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources Technology, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting and delivering complex HR or workforce management technology solutions
- 7+ years of experience preferred in enterprise application support, enhancements, or transformation initiatives
- Experience supporting Workbrain and/or Kronos in a global environment
- Experience in production support, system enhancements, testing, and release management
- Experience working with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional business teams
- Experience in workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and payroll-related processes preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong functional and operational knowledge of Workbrain and Kronos
- Experience supporting incident management, problem management, and system stabilization activities
- Ability to support release upgrades, including planning, testing, validation, cutover support, and post-release stabilization
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical system solutions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, data, and system impacts and recommend improvements
- Understanding of integrations, interfaces, and downstream payroll impacts
- Strong testing capability, including test planning, script creation, execution, and defect management
- Ability to work on run, improve, and transform portfolios simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative global team environment
- Experience working in a matrixed global organization
