As the US #1 Veterinarian recommended pet food brand, knowledge is our first ingredient with 220+ veterinarians, PhD nutritionists and food scientists working to develop breakthrough innovations in pet health.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black">Are you passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that drive global supply chain efficiency?  As a Customer Service &amp; Logistcs E2E Data Analyst you will be responsible for managing data sets, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.  This includes a fine eye to detail and a deep understanding of the most up to date data analysis tools and databases.  You will build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools, you will streamline through collaboration and analytics where needed and also work off an automated analytic priority list as assigned by leadership. You must leverage both customer data and internal data to drive growth and efficiencies and support demand and supply synchronization initiatives.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <div align="left"> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Helping develop reports and analysis</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Training end-users on new reports and dashboards</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Work with different members of the CS&amp;L team on reporting and automating analytical needs</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Work cross functionally with different teams on data sets, inputs and outputs</span></li> </ul> </div> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black"><span>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field</span><span></span><span>.</span> </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Proficient in SAP or any other similar ERP, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Experience working in databases like snowflake, Big query, etc.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Experience in SQL programming: ability to read/write complex SQL queries to analyze data, investigate systemic defects and validate data quality</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Working knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing and ability to access relational and multidimensional databases</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ability to lead data retrieval, transformation, aggregation, and organization in cloud-based systems (Snowflake preferred) and visualization in Sigma, Domo, or other similar tools</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Growth mindset with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to changing environments with minimal supervision.  </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on serving the customer and facilitating progress.  </span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. </span></li> </ul><style type="text/css"> </style> <style type="text/css"> </style> <p><br><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong><br>Salary Range $76,800.00 - $107,500.00 USD<br><br>Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.<br><br>Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
