Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible. Your role We are looking for an E-commerce Analyst Intern who will gain experience in the management and procedures of a global-scale website. Supporting the e-commerce coordinator, the intern will primarily oversee the daily execution of all business activities, run sales analysis to identify opportunities, and support the growth of the website. Main responsibilities: <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supports the analysis of business/website KPIs, periodic price analysis, benchmarking and forecasting</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supports the Coordinator on the recurrent reporting process to the top management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Leverages internal and external data sources to identify gaps/opportunities</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Supports the management and control of the website pages, assuring a perfect “quality check” of the website and of the user experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Partners with Analytics, Site Merchandising, Operations, UX, CRO, and Program Manager to support the strategic planning, testing, and execution of initiatives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Oversees tasks and projects implementation, takes part in testing sessions</li> </ul> Main requirements: <ul style="text-align:justify"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong numerical competence and analytical mindset.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ability to prioritize tasks and to work under deadlines</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Working with data from multiple sources</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
