EEO Compliance Data Specialist

As an EEO Compliance Data Specialist, youâll play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization meets crucial regulatory requirements with precision and impact. Youâll assist in the process of preparing essential data to government agencies like the OFCCP.

Armed with advanced Excel skills, youâll gather and compile workforce data and assist in uncovering trends. The EEO Compliance Data Specialist works with the Senior Director of EEO/Regulatory Compliance to manage and execute the company's Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action obligations. The position is responsible for assisting with project management specific to nationwide compliance with these statutory and regulatory obligations.
How Youâll Make an ImpactÂ
- Gather, compile, and assist in analyzing data necessary for external (government, outside counsel, etc.) and internal (HR, TA, etc.) EEO compliance, reporting, and monitoring.
- Prepare monthly employee/applicant data files in support of Federal/State EEO requirements.
- Analyze reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Assist in compiling data for OFCCP audit requests and FCC filing and audits.
- Compile Outreach activities/events for review.
- Assist with other Projects/Assignments as needed specific to EEO Compliance.

Required QualificationsÂ

EducationÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
ExperienceÂ
- 2+ years of recent experience in Human Resources or EEO Compliance
SkillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential environment
