You will work closely with senior professionals in a dynamic, international environment.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What you'll be doing</H2> </div><div> Key esponsabilities will be: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support the management of Emerging Markets fixed income portfolios under the supervision of senior portfolio managers</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform fundamental macroeconomic and credit analysis on sovereign credit issuers and contribute to weekly deep dive sovereign credit research reviews</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor economic developments, central bank policies and geopolitical events</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate actively in the internal debate on global markets and contribute to trade generation and investment decisions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and maintain analytical models and investment tools to improve portfolio construction and risk management</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare investment notes and presentations for internal stakeholders</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Who we are looking for</H2> </div><div> If you want to turn your passion into a career and you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">2-5 years of experience in asset management, investment research, banking</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master’s degree in finance or economics. CFA designation (or progress towards it) is highly desirable</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Previous exposure to fixed income markets is preferable, but recent graduates will be considered</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of macroeconomics and FI fundamentals. Quantitative and analytical mindset</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration in fixed income</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excel skills are mandatory; Some experience with financial programming or Bloomberg is a plus</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to demonstrate a disciplined and robust approach to investment analysis</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fluency in English is required.
