The Engineer III, Machine Learning/AI role supports IFF's global technology organization by delivering outcomes within ai engineering. This position partners with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence, innovation, governance, and continuous improvement. The role is expected to influence decisions appropriate to its level, solve complex problems, and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrate strong domain expertise and a solid understanding of business processes, systems, and industry best practices.
• Leverage enterprise technologies, data analytics, reporting tools, and digital solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Apply process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across functions, regions, and organizational levels to achieve shared objectives.
• Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship-management skills.
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, customer focus, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
• Proven professional experience in a global or matrixed environment with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, SAP, AWS, Azure, Six Sigma, or other industry-recognized credentials are preferred.
