Engineering Investment Program Analyst
to join our Investment Efficiency Finance team in Szentendre and play a vital role in our organization's financial operation.
Are you passionate about finance, analytics, and driving business performance in a dynamic engineering environment? We're looking for an Engineering Investment Efficiency Analyst to play a key role in managing engineering investment performance across vehicle development programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?
- Lead engineering investment reporting for vehicle programs from initiation through approval milestones.
- Manage engineering targets, actuals, and variance analysis while partnering with Program Finance and Program Management teams.
- Collaborate with Resource Planning and key stakeholders to review program performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Develop actionable solutions to bring programs back on target when variances arise.
- Support executive program reviews by preparing accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting materials.
- Maintain planning and budget data, including milestone updates and budget deployment activities.
- Lead budget transfer activities and investigate financial overruns or underruns to improve future forecasting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analytics, reporting automation, and BI tools.
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Engineering, Program Management, Product Planning, and global partner teams.
Are we looking for you? Yes, if….
- You hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- You have strong financial and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capabilities.
- You communicate effectively and enjoy working with diverse stakeholders across functions and levels.
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- You quickly learn new systems and enjoy improving processes and ways of working.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous Finance experience is highly desirable.
Experience in Product Development Finance or a similar engineering-finance environment is a plus.
