Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft from our base at Perth Airport, specialising in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Engineering Support Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the ongoing airworthiness and operational performance of the Network Aviation fleet, including the F100, A320 family and future E190 operations. You will be responsible for managing the technology systems and digital tools that support engineering, maintenance and fleet management activities, ensuring key systems remain effective, compliant and aligned to business needs.
Working closely with Engineering, Fleet Management, IT and external suppliers, you will oversee platforms including Airbus World, FlyEmbraer, My Fokker Fleet, Skywise and related maintenance systems, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance technical information delivery and develop innovative data-driven solutions to support aircraft reliability and fleet health.
You’ll have –
- Experience developing technology solutions using SQL, Python, Power Query, DAX, AI-assisted tools, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of data modelling, data integration, analytics techniques and modern data architectures to support reporting, visualisation and business insights.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
- Experience with web application development using React, JavaScript, CSS and HTML5.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, automation tools, artificial intelligence or machine learning concepts.
- Experience working with cloud-based platforms and data environments (AWS, Azure or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical information for a range of audiences, from engineers and technical specialists through to operational and business stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into practical business outcomes.
- Experience using maintenance or enterprise operational systems, with exposure to TRAX, Maintenix or IAS highly regarded.
- Aviation, engineering or continuing airworthiness experience is advantageous but not essential.
