Enterprise Applications Analyst, Boston Corporate Office - Boston, MA Job Summary: The IT Enterprise Applications Analyst supports the administration, optimization, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise applications and related business systems. This role maintains application performance, resolves issues, supports implementations and upgrades, manages user access, and partners with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions that improve operational efficiency. Supervision Received: This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications within the IT Service Center. FLSA Status: Exempt Location: Corporate Office (Boston) or neighboring states. Remote Essential Job Accountabilities: Applications Administration & Support Provide day-to-day administration and support for assigned enterprise applications and related business systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, user requests, system notifications, and production support needs; escalate as appropriate. Create, maintain, test, and support Filldoc templates, letters, forms, leases, data mappings, merge fields, and document-generation processes. Gather business requirements, document requested changes, and support configuration updates, testing, and routine enhancements under direction. Coordinate with internal IT teams, business users, and vendors to support issue resolution and application changes. Track incidents, service requests, and changes in the IT service management platform. Security & Compliance Assist with application security and access administration for assigned enterprise applications. Process user access requests, role changes, permissions, and application security updates using approved procedures. Help prepare access review materials, audit responses, and compliance-related documentation. Document access issues and security concerns and escalate as appropriate. Follow established IT governance, security, records, and compliance procedures. Documentation Create and maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, support guides, and troubleshooting steps. Document application configurations, workflows, support processes, known issues, and routine procedures. Maintain Filldoc documentation, including template changes, support procedures, and common troubleshooting steps. Assist with end-user training materials, job aids, and communications for application updates and process changes. System Implementation & Upgrades Support system implementations, upgrades, patches, releases, and application enhancements as assigned. Execute and document test scripts for application changes, upgrades, and new functionality. Assist with validating system functionality, business processes, user access, integrations, and document output before production deployment. Follow established change management, testing, quality assurance, and approval processes. Coordinate assigned tasks with vendors, project teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders. Support Filldoc release activities, including template updates, validation, user questions, and post-release issue tracking. Collaboration Engagement Work with business users to document application support needs, requests, and follow-up items. Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to support assigned application tasks and issue resolution. Support assigned Filldoc tickets, template updates, and document-generation issues. Communicate ticket status, questions, and updates to appropriate stakeholders. Participate in project meetings, release activities, and improvement discussions as assigned. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous customer service Strong project management and interpersonal skills Ability to define goals, plan strategically, implement a plan of action, reflect on outcomes, and adapt Goal-oriented and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or document-generation platforms. Experience troubleshooting application issues, template defects, data merge issues, and end-user support requests. Experience participating in software implementations, upgrades, enhancement projects, or template release cycles. Experience documenting requirements, testing changes, and validating production-ready system or document output. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 annual salary  Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
