Our team is growing, and we need forward-thinking, uncompromising, competitive team members to continue to facilitate our growth.</p></div><p>Job Title: Principal Enterprise Architect – Business Systems Group (BSG)<br>Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)<br>Department: Business Systems Group<br>Reporting To: Vice President, BSG<br>Role Summary:<br>The Principal Enterprise Architect – BSG will be the end-to-end owner of enterprise IT and business <br>systems architecture at Netradyne. In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive the <br>architectural vision for Netradyne’s Business Systems Group (BSG), ensuring our technology <br>platforms are agile, secure, and scalable in line with BSG’s vision of enabling enterprise-wide <br>transformation, streamlined operations, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with <br>business and technology leaders across domains – , Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, Customer <br>Success, Product, Engineering, Business Operations, IT Infosec and other support functions – to <br>design and evangelize integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reinforce governance <br>and compliance, and accelerate innovation for Netradyne’s continued growth.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Enterprise Architecture Strategy: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap<br>for BSG, aligning technology initiatives with Netradyne’s strategic business objectives. <br>Champion architectures that support enterprise-wide digital transformation and the <br>standardization of core business processes.<br>• Solution Design & Integration: Own the “how” of solution architecture – lead end-to-end <br>design of scalable, secure, and integrated systems across CRM, ERP, analytics, and IT <br>platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between applications (e.g. <br>Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Tableau, Gainsight, Workday) to streamline operations and <br>improve cross-functional efficiency.<br>• Technical Quality & Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards and best <br>practices for development and integration. Oversee technical design reviews to ensure high <br>system reliability, security, and performance, and that all solutions comply with enterprise <br>security and compliance requirements. Lead the architecture governance process, including <br>architecture review boards and documentation of reference architectures.<br>• Development Enablement: Guide and mentor BSG development and solution teams on <br>architecture principles and modern development frameworks. Provide development <br>enablement by creating reusable frameworks and design patterns, and by promoting agile and <br>DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and technical excellence.<br>• Innovation & Automation: Drive technology innovation and automation initiatives within <br>BSG, in line with our mission to accelerate digital solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. <br>cloud services, AI/ML, low-code platforms) and provide thought leadership on their adoption to <br>solve business challenges and increase automation and efficiency.<br>• Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a senior technology partner and evangelist to business <br>leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and other departments. Translate <br>business needs into robust technical solutions, ensuring BSG’s work empowers Netradyne’s <br>growth and innovation through seamless tech-business collaboration. Clearly communicate <br>architectural vision, trade-offs, and benefits to both technical teams and executive <br>stakeholders.<br>• End-to-End Oversight: Oversee the full lifecycle of architecture for major BSG initiatives – from <br>conceptual solution shaping and design, through to delivering integrated digital solutions and <br>supporting them post-go-live. Ensure consistency of architecture across projects, managing <br>dependencies, and guiding teams through complex technical challenges.<br>• Risk & Performance Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical and architectural <br>risks, particularly around system integrations, scalability, and security. Implement metrics to <br>monitor architecture effectiveness (e.g. system performance, integration success, technical <br>debt) and lead to continuous improvement efforts to optimize system performance and <br>operational resilience.<br>Required Skills & Experience:<br>• Proven Enterprise Architecture Leadership: 12+ years of experience in IT architecture or <br>solution design, including significant leadership roles defining and implementing enterprise-wide <br>architectures. Experience in a Director, Principal Architect, or equivalent capacity for a highgrowth or transformational environment is highly desirable.<br>• Domain & Platform Expertise: Deep expertise in designing and integrating enterprise business <br>systems across multiple domains – CRM, ERP, HRIS, Analytics/BI, Data Warehousing, Sales <br>& Marketing, Customer Support. Strong knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce (CRM), <br>NetSuite (ERP), Snowflake (Data Warehouse), Tableau (BI/Analytics), Gainsight (Customer <br>Success), Workday (HRIS), and related SaaS/enterprise applications.<br>• Strategic & Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to align technology architecture with <br>business strategy and outcomes. Track record driving digital transformation and process <br>standardization initiatives that improve efficiency, agility, and business performance.<br>• Technical Skills: Extensive understanding of modern architecture patterns and integration <br>techniques – e.g. microservices, APIs and middleware, cloud-native architectures, data <br>integration, security architecture, and DevOps practices. Hands-on experience with system <br>design, data modelling, and complex integration of cloud and on-premises systems is essential.<br>• Governance & Compliance: Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, <br>Zachman), and experience establishing architecture governance processes, technical <br>standards, and ensuring compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.<br>• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication <br>skills. Able to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and functional leaders, translating <br>technical concepts into business impact. Experience leading architecture reviews, presenting <br>roadmaps to senior leadership, and gaining cross-functional buy-in for architectural decisions.<br>• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a creative <br>mindset for innovation. Proven capacity to evaluate and implement emerging technologies and <br>automation opportunities that drive continuous improvement and business value.<br>• Team Collaboration: Experience working in a matrix or cross-functional environment, <br>collaborating with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and vendor partners. Ability <br>to coach and mentor technical teams, and foster a culture of technical excellence, knowledgesharing, and high performance.<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related <br>field (or equivalent experience).<br>• Certifications: Professional certifications in enterprise/solution architecture (e.g. TOGAF, <br>Certified Enterprise Architect), cloud architecture (e.g. AWS or Azure Architect), or relevant <br>platform certifications (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).<br>• Industry Experience: Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies, or in driving <br>large-scale enterprise system transformation programmes in a similar industry, is a plus.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="text-align: justify;">We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
