Position Summary Enterprise Strategy & Architecture (ES&A) is a centralized architecture organization within the Information Technology department. ES&A supports the company’s safety, reliability, affordability, and regulatory objectives by providing clear architectural direction, disciplined governance, and practical guidance that accelerates delivery while reducing risk and complexity. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technology Architecture, this Enterprise Architect role focuses on Data Platform & Analytics. It defines target architectures, standards, roadmaps, and reusable patterns for modern data platforms that support enterprise-scale operational, analytical, self-service, and AI-driven use cases. The successful candidate is a systems‑level thinker and master planner who translates enterprise strategy into living target architectures, prioritized roadmaps, and reusable patterns, working early and continuously with delivery and operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned, secure, and executable. Architects in this role are expected to focus on enabling outcomes and delivery. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position.  The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location.  The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint $155,000 - $210,000.  The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.    Bay Area Min: $ 155,000 Bay Area Max: $ 265,000   This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and 1-2 days per week at our Oakland Headquarters based on business need.
