And so much more.   Come break through with us.  Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.Job Summary The Enterprise Data Stewardship Lead is a key member of the Enterprise Data Management Office and will lead data stewardship across the organization. This role partners with divisional and functional Data Management Offices (DMOs) to establish consistent processes, strengthen accountability, and build trust in critical enterprise data. This position helps define stewardship in a federated model, focusing on business glossaries, data dictionaries, metadata, critical data elements, and curated data products. The role also requires an AI-first mindset with hands on experience with the enterprise data catalog, Alation, including configuring templates and supporting stewardship workflows. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in data stewardship, metadata management, and governance, and can work across business and technical teams to drive adoption and standardization.
