The Enterprise Resource Planning and Analytics Applications Director reports to the Vice President & Chief Information Officer and provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Health System's enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform, enterprise business applications, analytics platforms and data governance program. Ensures that assigned applications and enterprise data assets effectively support organizational operations, decision-making and strategic initiatives. The Director collaborates closely with operational and clinical leaders to improve efficiency, data quality and organizational performance while maintaining reliable, secure and well-governed enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
Collaborates with functional leadership to develop application roadmaps, project priorities and resource plans that advance innovation and support organizational strategic objectives while maintaining operational stability., Develops, mentors and evaluates assigned staff while promoting collaboration, accountability, innovation and continuous learning., Directs application support, configuration management, testing, change management and upgrade activities to ensure reliable and effective system performance., Directs the planning, implementation, maintenance and optimization of ERP modules and related business applications throughout their lifecycle., Ensures business applications and enterprise data assets comply with organizational policies, security standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices., Establishes and oversees enterprise data governance processes, standards and policies to promote data quality, consistency, stewardship and regulatory compliance., Leads the development and management of enterprise data platforms, including data lakes, integration architecture and analytics technologies., Manages relationships with software vendors and business partners, including contract performance, service levels, licensing and product roadmap planning., Performs other duties as assigned in support of Information Systems and Health System objectives., Prepares and manages departmental budgets, capital planning and resource allocation for assigned applications and technologies., Provides leadership for enterprise analytics applications and reporting tools in support of embedded departmental analytics resources., Provides strategic leadership for the Health System's ERP platform and related enterprise business applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational priorities.Requirements
