Our SaaS subscription software is used by 85k+ active customers in over 100 countries.&nbsp;</p> <p><u>SUMMARY</u></p> <p>The Sales Development Representative is responsible for the outreach to prospective clients with the objective of identifying potential client customers and setting qualified appointments for the field sales team.</p> <p><strong>This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Dallas Office.</strong></p> <p><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></p> <ul> <li>Raise awareness and generate interest for Avetta through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers</li> <li>Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives</li> <li>Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 80-100 activities (calls + emails)</li> <li>Manage your own book of accounts and set the strategy for effective book management</li> <li>Become a power user of Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Chili Piper and Gong as tools</li> <li>Provide constructive feedback on how to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement</li> <li>Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices</li> <li>Maintain a schedule aligned with the business hours of your assigned region</li> <li>Regular and predictive attendance</li> <li><span data-teams="true">This position requires travel to attend sales conferences, events, training sessions and other travel as outlined by management.</span></li> </ul> <p><u>IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION &amp; TRAINING:</u></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices</li> <li>Minimum of 6 months of sales experience (ideally as an SDR) working with Enterprise accounts</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>You have a high degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks</li> <li>You possess a player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge</li> <li>Your work ethic is unmatched- anything you don't know you'll make up with hard work</li> <li>You're extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback</li> </ul> <p><u>METRICS THAT MATTER:</u></p> <ul> <li>Ability to complete a minimum 8-hour in-office workday</li> <li>Minimum of <strong>10 introductory meetings in which</strong> <strong>6 are qualified per month</strong></li> <li>Support the Enterprise Account Executive Team for Inbound and Outbound communication</li> </ul> <p>We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.</p> <p>Avetta is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
