The ideal candidate will bring strong enterprise scheduling expertise along with complementary experience in systems engineering or artificial intelligence (AI)&nbsp;to support complex program execution.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><hr></div> <div> <h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Your Impactful Duties:</span></h2> </div> <ul> <li>Develop, manage, maintain, and analyze integrated program, project, and enterprise schedules using Microsoft Project/Project Server or other Government-approved scheduling tools.</li> <li>Collect and integrate schedule data across programs, projects, technical teams, and mission partners.</li> <li>Conduct critical path, dependency, milestone, and schedule risk analyses&nbsp;to identify potential impacts and areas of concern.</li> <li>Perform what-if and scenario analyses&nbsp;to evaluate schedule changes, achievability, and associated risks.</li> <li>Maintain schedule baselines, key milestones, dependencies, and technical roadmaps across multiple efforts.</li> <li>Develop reports, Gantt charts, dashboards, and other schedule visualizations for program reviews and leadership awareness.</li> <li>Communicate schedule status, risks, deviations, dependencies, and recommended mitigation actions to program teams and leadership.</li> <li>Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain accurate schedule inputs and ensure appropriate integration across programs and projects.</li> <li>Support enterprise planning, capability release coordination, and other schedule-driven activities.</li> <li>Recommend process improvements and corrective actions to strengthen scheduling practices and program execution.</li> </ul> <div> <h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Requirements: </span></h2> </div> <ul> <li>An active TS/SCI or active TS with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.</li> <li>At least 5โ€“7 years of relevant experience in program scheduling, integrated master scheduling, project controls, program management, or a related field, including hands-on experience using Atlassian Confluence to support program and scheduling activities.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex schedules using Microsoft Project&nbsp;or a comparable enterprise scheduling tool.</li> <li>Experience performing schedule analysis, including:</li> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Critical path analysis</li> <li>Dependency identification and management</li> <li>Milestone tracking</li> <li>Schedule baseline management</li> <li>Schedule risk and impact analysis</li> <li>What-if/scenario analysis</li> </ul> <li>Experience coordinating schedule inputs and dependencies across multiple programs, projects, technical teams, or stakeholder groups.</li> <li>Ability to develop and communicate schedule reports, Gantt charts, visualizations, and status information to program teams and leadership.</li> <li> <div>Experience or demonstrated knowledge in Systems Engineering or Artificial Intelligence (AI), in addition to enterprise scheduling experience.</div> </li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</li> </ul> <div> <h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Desired Qualifications:</span></h2> </div> <ul> <li>Previous experience supporting NGA, the Intelligence Community, or another complex Federal mission environment.</li> <li>Experience applying scheduling expertise within a systems engineering, technical program management, acquisition, or enterprise integration environment.</li> <li>Experience supporting systems engineering activities, technical roadmaps, capability development, or program lifecycle planning.</li> <li>Experience using AI-enabled tools, automation, or analytics&nbsp;to improve scheduling, forecasting, reporting, analysis, or program execution.</li> <li>Experience using Microsoft Project Server&nbsp;or similar enterprise scheduling or portfolio management platforms.</li> <li>Experience developing or improving scheduling processes, standards, governance, or integrated planning practices.</li> <li>Experience supporting enterprise-level planning, capability releases, cross-program dependencies, or major program milestones.</li> <li>Experience presenting complex schedule information, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and program stakeholders.</li> <li>Experience providing guidance or oversight to junior or mid-level scheduling personnel.</li> </ul> <div> <h2><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Compensation:&nbsp;</span></h2> </div> <div>The anticipated annual salary range for this position is <strong>$130,000โ€“$160,000.</strong> Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, education, clearance level, job-related knowledge and skills, customer requirements, and other applicable business factors.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><hr> <h2 style="text-align: center;">Why Join CASE?</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">At CASE Management Consulting, we recognize that our people are essential to our success.
