Our role is to analyse companies on sustainability matters so that Nordea Asset Management's (NAM) investment decisions and funds are aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards and so portfolio managers can incorporate sustainability risk into their investment decisions.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Our team sits within the Responsible Investment unit of NAM. We are a team of analysts based in Denmark, Sweden, Singapore and Portugal, covering company-level ESG research, engagement, and screening across NAM’s investment fund range. This role will report to the Head of Sustainability Research. The volume of coverage is approximately 15–25 companies per week, or around 600 companies per year.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Most cases will conclude with you, documented and closed. A minority will be escalated to an ESG sector specialist.
