This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 5%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change. Position Details The Event Operations Analyst supports the operational processes, technology platforms, reporting, and measurement activities that enable successful delivery of Grainger’s event portfolio. This role partners with the Event Team’s Manager, Process Optimization, the Event Planning and Leadership Team, and business stakeholders to administer event technology, support workflows, standardize processes, and deliver reporting solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, and attendee experience. The role serves as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms and operational workflows.
