LSSI is hiring for a full-time Executive Dir Quality Compliance and Data responsible for managing LSSI’s Quality and Compliance, ensuring appropriate development of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) policies, procedures, and training. Responsible for collaborating with CIO, General Counsel, and networks/programs in the development and management of data.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
Develop, communicate, and manage the LSSI CQI System; ensuring compliance, development of policies, and procedures related to provision of services.
Responsible for overseeing contractual review process in collaboration with the networks.
Leads and establishes metrices for benchmarking and analysis as well as processes for data use across the organization.
Lead the organizational accreditation process.
Responsible for operationalizing risk management processes and procedures across the organization.
Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Ensure a workplace where employees are engaged, their dignity is valued, and they have a sense of belonging both within their specific role and within the organization overall.
Demonstrate sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences of clients, coworkers, and community.
Serve as the organization’s Privacy Officer responsible for information and data privacy. Set privacy and confidentiality policies and standards throughout LSSI and ensure compliance with those standards in support of compliance with HIPAA and other laws.
Demonstrate a commitment to collaboration and replication of best practices throughout the organization.
Participate in and direct learning experiences to continue professional growth and self-development.
Develop and maintain a working understanding of Social Ministry in the ELCA as LSSI serves as an extension of the work of the Church.
Ensure job duties of the team and direct reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
May provide direct services or perform some of the same duties as assigned staff.
Respond to all incoming correspondence and questions in a timely manner; including but not limited to inquiries received via email, telephone, text message, and fax.
Ensure reasonable measures are taken to protect confidential and/or sensitive information as well as ensuring the security of all LSSI systems is maintained.
Responsible for completing all required training assignments as well as complying with the related organizational, administrative, and programmatic policies.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in social work or human behavior sciences required.
Background check clearance required.
Appropriate professional and state (LSW, LCSW, etc.) certification required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in direct service required.
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience at program unit level required.
Demonstrated ability to relate to professionals in other occupational fields required.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to relate to others, influence people, make decisions, plan, direct and/or control work.
Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
