The work of this department is critical in our efforts to find compliance challenges and identify areas of risk so that we can fix them. The main functions of this department are identifying areas of compliance risk and opportunities to mitigate those risks, including through incident reporting and investigations, overseeing Electric Operations and Power Generation CAP, and validating the controls on the organization. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. A reasonable salary range is: Minimum Base Salary (Bay Area) $126,000.00 Mid Base Salary (Bay Area) $163,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (Bay Area) $200,000.00 Minimum Base Salary (California) $120,000.00 Mid Base Salary (California) $155,000.00 Maximum Base Salary (California) $190,000.00 Position Summary PG&E is seeking an experienced regulatory compliance professional to serve as the Compliance Assurance lead for Notice of Violation (NOV) management. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end NOV lifecycle, including intake, strategy development, response coordination, corrective action governance, commitment management, and executive reporting. The successful candidate will partner with Legal, Regulatory Relations, Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to develop timely, accurate, and defensible regulatory responses while driving sustainable compliance improvements and reducing regulatory and compliance risk. The position requires knowledge of regulatory compliance programs, strong investigative and analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to present to, align, and influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Manager, Electric Incident Investigations. Establish governance, standards and performance metrics for NOV management.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Identify, assess, and summarize compliance risks, including forecasting potential CPUC NOVs, and develop corrective actions.</li> <li style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Lead investigations and manage responses to NOVs related to Electric Incidents, including preparing and submitting regulatory responses and tracking commitments.
