Role Summary:

The Seating & Mobility Consultant at Macdonald's Home Health Care is the face of Macdonald’s and who we depend upon to maintain a positive and compassionate relationship with clients and healthcare professionals. They are a dependable and ambitious individual who is self-sufficient though can manage up and ask for help when needed. The Seating & Mobility Consultant provides impeccable organization and execution for demonstrations, rental trials and customized fittings. They have mechanical aptitude and are not afraid to get their hands dirty to ensure their client's best interests.  Liaising with multiple departments is essential and requires an individual who can communicate confidently, keeping calm under pressure. A team member who can lend an expert ear and empathetic understanding whilst juggling multiple priorities in a high-growth environment will succeed here at Macdonald's.
