Facility Sustainment Analyst
Parra Consulting Group (PCG) is seeking a Facility Sustainment Analyst to support USARC Analyst Support Services at Fort Bragg, NC / USARC Headquarters, unless otherwise directed. This position provides program analysis, data analytics, and facility-sustainment support to the USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers, tracking facility readiness, condition, execution, and funding across the Army Reserve portfolio. The role requires a SECRET clearance and required CAC and site access, and is a full-time, generally 8:00 AM–4:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday, onsite position with telework only as approved by the Government.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Provide program analysis, data analytics, and facility-sustainment support to USARC G-3/5/7 Engineers.
- Analyze facility systems and data for readiness, condition, execution, and utilization trends.
- Support facility sustainment, restoration/modernization, and MILCON-related program submissions.
- Track projects, requirements, execution, funding, and engineering metrics.
- Support stationing and real-property/facility requirements analysis.
- Develop reports, briefings, dashboards, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active SECRET Security Clearance; interim SECRET acceptable pending final adjudication before full performance.
- Ability to perform Army Reserve facility-sustainment analysis in Government-controlled facilities.
- Must obtain and maintain required CAC and site access.
Preferred Qualifications
- Army/DoD facilities, engineering, DPW, sustainment, or installation-management experience.
- Experience with RPLANS, ISR-I, GFEBS, BUILDER, HQIIS, ASIP, or comparable Army facilities systems.
- Experience with FSRM, MILCON, facility condition/readiness, project execution, funding, and utilization analysis.
- Experience with data analytics, dashboards, program reviews, and senior-staff briefings.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical skills applied to facility condition, funding, and readiness data.
- Proficiency with Army facilities systems and data-analytics/dashboard tools.
- Ability to develop clear reports and briefings for senior Government staff.
- Strong attention to detail in tracking project execution and funding metrics.
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, sustainment, and stationing stakeholders.
