Nature & Scope

The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day finance activities, preparing analyses and reports, participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The position reports directly to the Finance Manager and works closely with internal stakeholders across various business functions.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare management reports and presentations.
  • Support treasury and cash management activities as required.
  • Assist in monitoring operating and capital expenditures against approved budgets.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and business support.
  • Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Recent graduate with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop within a corporate finance environment.
