In this role, you will support end-to-end finance operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, General Ledger accounting, employee expenses, and month-end close. You will work with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and help maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient finance processes. <h1>What You Will Do</h1> <h2>Accounts Payable</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed service-level timelines.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform three-way matching across purchase orders, goods receipt notes, and invoices.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Verify supporting documentation and approvals, prepare payment proposals, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable tax requirements.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Respond to vendor queries, reconcile vendor statements, and resolve aged payable items.</li> </ul> <h2>Accounts Receivable</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Generate customer invoices and apply customer receipts accurately.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform customer account reconciliations and investigate short payments and deductions.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Sales and business teams to support collections.</li> </ul> <h2>Banking, General Ledger & Close</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations; investigate unreconciled transactions and post bank-related journal entries.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor cash balances and maintain accurate supporting schedules.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare journal entries and balance-sheet reconciliations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain schedules for accruals and prepayments and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.</li> </ul> <h2>Employee Expenses, Compliance & Controls</h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Review employee expense claims, verify policy compliance, process reimbursements, and resolve employee queries.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain audit-ready documentation and support statutory and internal audits.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow company accounting policies and procedures and adhere to SOX and internal-control requirements, where applicable.</li> </ul> <h1>What We Are Looking For</h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">3–8 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, a Global Capability Center, or a multinational organization.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, accrual accounting, and month-end close.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Clear communication, effective stakeholder management, sound time management, and a collaborative approach.</li> </ul> <h1>Preferred Qualifications & Experience</h1> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Com, MBA in Finance, CA Inter, or CMA Inter.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Shared Service Centers, Global Business Services, or Global Capability Centers.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of US GAAP, Indian GAAP / Ind AS, India GST and TDS compliance, and SOX controls.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with multi-currency and foreign-exchange accounting, high-volume transaction processing, process automation, or finance transformation initiatives.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in an IT services, software product, technology, or other multinational environment.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">You're a Great Fit if You're <ul data-pattern="discCircleSquare" data-depth="1"> <li value="1">A go-getter with a growth mindset. You're intellectually curious, have strong business acumen, and actively seek opportunities to build relevant skills and knowledge </li> <li value="2">A detail-oriented problem-solver. You can independently gather information, solve problems efficiently, and deliver results with a "get-it-done" attitude </li> <li value="3">Thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're energized by an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working quickly, and excited to contribute to a growing company</li> <li value="4">A collaborative team player. You focus on business success and are motivated by team accomplishment vs personal agenda </li> <li value="5">Highly organized and results-driven. Strong prioritization skills and a dedicated work ethic are essential for you </li> </ul>   Equal Opportunity Statement At Armada, we are committed to fostering a work environment where everyone is given equal opportunities to thrive.
