<p></p> <p><strong>FINANCE ANALYST</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Important Information</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Singapore</strong></p> <p></p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Generate and analyze PR/GR and financial reports using SAP and other enterprise systems.</li> <li>Process invoice payments and ensure timely reconciliation of technology-related expenses.</li> <li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across systems</li> <li>Partner with senior technology leaders to monitor and optimize budget utilization for IT projects and operations.</li> <li>Support the renewal and budgeting of software and hardware contracts.</li> <li>Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spend against forecasts, and identifying variances.</li> <li>Prepare monthly financial dashboards and insights for the Technology Finance team.</li> <li>Oversee IT asset management, including inventory tracking, issuance, and decommissioning of laptops and other hardware.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.</li> </ul> <p>Requirement:</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Finance Analyst to support our Technology Finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, IT operations, and project management. You will play a key role in financial reporting, budget tracking, asset lifecycle management, and key finance technology initiatives.</p> <p><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Education:</em></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.</li> </ul> <p><em>Essential:</em></p> <ul> <li>2–3 years of experience in a finance role within a technology-driven environment, financial institution, or consulting firm would be a plus.</li> <li>Fresh Grads may apply if there’s relevant internship experience.</li> <li>Strong Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and data analysis.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.</li> <li>High attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data management.</li> <li>Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li> <li>Experience in process improvement and automation within finance operations.</li> <li>Familiarity with PMO support in technology or banking projects is a plus.</li> <li>Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of SAP (PEMS or similar ERP systems) is highly desirable.</li> <li>Solid understanding of financial treatment for various technology expense types (CapEx vs. OpEx).</li> <li>Experience with</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About Encora</strong></p> <p>Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
