We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Analyst – QSC (Quality Supply Chain) to support Greater China manufacturing site finance activities from our PJ Plaza33 office. This role will be responsible for supporting month-end close, financial reporting and commentary, costing and variance analysis, inventory and intercompany accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, forecast submissions, fixed asset activities, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement initiatives across manufacturing finance operations.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Support the monthly close, reporting, and commentary process for manufacturing sites by preparing schedules, reports, and analysis for site P&L, Balance Sheet, inventory movements, and operational KPIs.
Assist in costing activities, including standard cost setting, cost updates, BOM validation, and preparation of cost estimates for new products or process changes.
Prepare manufacturing cost and variance analysis, covering material cost, PPV, usage variance, yield loss, overhead absorption, production efficiency, and other key cost drivers, with key findings highlighted for review by senior finance team members.
Support inventory accounting and intercompany processes, including inventory valuation, stock provisions, transfer pricing, intercompany reconciliations, and intercompany profit elimination.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations related to inventory, manufacturing costs, accruals, and other site-related accounts, and follow up on open items with proper supporting documentation.
Support forecast cycle activities for manufacturing sites, including preparation of data for submissions.
Support transactional fixed asset activities, including capitalization, depreciation, impairment review support, asset disposal, asset transfer, asset retirement, and fixed asset master data maintenance.
Contribute to controls, audit support, process improvements, automation, and business analysis activities, including productivity initiatives, business projects, and ad-hoc finance requests as required.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:
University educated (Degree) in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics, IT.
Professional Accountancy Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
2–3 years of R2R experience, including month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, financial reporting and commentary, inventory-related accounting, intercompany accounting, and fixed asset activities.
Basic to good understanding of manufacturing P&L, inventory accounting, cost accounting, intercompany processes, and CAPEX / fixed asset activities.
Experience in management reporting, financial analysis, month-end closing, or accounting support activities is preferred.
Good attention to detail, with the ability to prepare accurate analysis, maintain supporting documentation, and follow up on open items in a timely manner.
Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and displays initiative in solving problems.
