Finance and Systems Analyst

<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Finance and Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining financial systems (e.g., ERP), with primary focus on customer project setups, billing support, and project/portfolio analytics.&nbsp; This role will also assist with Project Financial report development and validation.</p> <p><strong>Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Setup customer accounts in ERP</li> <li>Setup customer projects in ERP and support billing/accounting</li> <li>Maintain all data migration templates necessary to transform customer contracts into project structures and budgets in ERP.</li> <li>Address ERP process and data issues with Financial Analysts</li> <li>Validate Project Finance reporting, as assigned.</li> <li>Validate ERP system enhancements.</li> <li>Lead data import processes, as required.</li> <li>Oversee Cost Schedule assignment corrections.</li> <li>Demonstrate expertise in systems management to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in project-related activities.</li> <li>Demonstrate thorough understanding of internal systems and tools to effectively support project finance initiatives.</li> <li>Intermediate familiarity with systems management to support processes and ensure accuracy in project-related activities.</li> <li>Support customer projects with a focus on project finance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>Minimum Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree/or equivalent local education in finance, business, or related field</li> <li>Proficiency in financial analysis tools/software</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>3 years of experience in Finance or related field</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for North America or equivalent local qualification</li> <li>CRO industry experience, with a focus on Project Finance</li> <li>Quick Books</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills:</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Competencies&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, QuickBooks or related software package, strong Excel /PC skills and able to thrive in multi-tasking environment.</li> <li>Working knowledge of project budgeting and accounting in the service industry</li> <li>Strong accounting skills</li> <li>High energy and enthusiasm with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.</li> <li>Flexibility and willing to work on multiple assignments of varying tasks with personnel throughout the organization.</li> <li>Ability to learn quickly.
