We are hiring a Finance Business Data Analyst to support our Finance Systems, Data and Analytics team, partnering with stakeholders in Australia and collaborating with global counterparts to deliver clear, actionable insights that support sales performance, growth and smarter decision making. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex data, communicating insights clearly, and improving how finance data is used across the business. About the role Provide meaningful and actionable insights to help improve sales performance and business outcomes Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver client and business insights with clarity Support global finance data initiatives and translate them into local business needs Improve existing finance data sets including retention, new and lost business, and utilisation data Strengthen data quality, reporting and internal processes to ensure accurate and timely insights Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, reporting processes and simplification of P&L and sales budgeting What we are looking for Strong capability working with financial systems and large, complex data sets Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations Confident communicator who can present insights clearly to stakeholders and leaders Collaborative style and comfort working across teams, including international counterparts Diploma in Finance, Business or a related field, CA or CPA is advantageous Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is favourable Why this role is a strong move Exposure to regional stakeholders and real business decisions, not just reporting Opportunity to build capability in finance systems, analytics and stakeholder partnering Work that improves how data is used across the business, with clear impact and visibility This role is ideal for someone strong in financial data, confident with stakeholders, and keen to build a career in a global environment.
