What's the job?
Responsibilities:
A Solid Mission
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data available across various IT tools to support strategic decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operational teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information provided, as well as the implementation of new reporting solutions.
Data Quality Management
- To compare and reconcile accounting data, you will conduct analysis and investigations to understand the root causes of discrepancies (whether they originate from the new system or the legacy system, following a root-cause analysis approach)
- Based on your findings, you will recommend the corrective actions required to make the relevant reporting periods comparable again
Reporting
- By ensuring data quality and integrity, you will develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports
- You will work closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand their information needs
What you'll bring
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience in data project management; knowledge of Agile methodologies would be an advantage
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI Datasets, Databricks, Tableau, SAP, Business Objects); Super User profile
- Solid data analysis and financial modelling skills
- Deep understanding of management accounting/controlling principles and experience in Finance digital transformation
- Good level of English and French
- Ideally, a BI certification
