The opportunity
The Finance Transformation Analyst will report to the Manager, Finance Transformation and join the team in creating and implementing financial transformation strategies. Their responsibilities include supporting the operation and administration of essential financial systems such as OneStream and Hyperion, overseeing governance and reporting processes and managing relationships with stakeholders.

The role
- Performs select recurring application-related controls. Supports the external audit process as well as other related mandates.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Supports key stakeholders through their continuous improvement journey.
- Oversee system jobs by promptly identifying, resolving, and validating any errors to maintain operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Finance Transformation SharePoint site for users.
- Onboards new users and acts as a key resource for troubleshooting and support.
- Maintains awareness of evolving trends and best practices in finance technology.
- Responsible for the ongoing administration of the financial reporting tools (e.g., access and change management, etc.), including ensuring all key process documentation remains up to date.
The requirementsĀ
- A bachelorās degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- At least 4 to six (4-6) years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ā
