We are seeking an experienced Finance professional with 6+ years of Financial Reporting and Analytics experience, preferably within Oracle or a similar enterprise environment. This role supports Tech Cloud Finance by delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, executive dashboards, KPI analysis, business performance insights, and quarter-end close activities.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable managing large datasets, and able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely financial insights while driving reporting efficiency and process improvements. One must be excellent in communication/presentation.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive financial reports supporting business decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and quarter-end financial close activities.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, investigate variances, and provide business recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, KPI reports, backlog reporting, and consumption reporting.
  • Support revenue, expense, headcount, cost center, and business performance analysis.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely reporting.
  • Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership priorities and strategic initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Mandatory

  • Post Graduate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline
  • 6+ years of Financial Reporting and Analytics experience
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting expertise
  • Good understanding of AI in terms of business requirement/use.
  • Experience building financial models and interpreting financial data
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight reporting timelines
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools for financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.

 

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience within Oracle or another enterprise technology organization
  • Experience supporting Cloud Finance organizations
  • Financial planning and budgeting experience
  • Reporting automation experience
  • Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Process optimization experience
