Job Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced Analytics Team! 

Where You Will Work:

Our Corporate Headquarters is located at the top floors in the heart of the Denver Tech center.

What You Will Do: 

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement in-depth reporting on energy usage and rates that allows the organization to optimize the utilities process for the portfolio of managed communities.

    • Collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex energy-related data scenarios, offering direction and support on data-driven decision-making

    • Assist in ongoing energy usage and rate forecasting, database development, and long-term strategic planning.

    • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for all utilities, communicating insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • A collaborative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and continuously seeks opportunities to grow skill set, expertise, and technical knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success. Experience in Real Estate not required.
  • Requires strong technical acumen with proficiency in Excel, SQL, AND PowerBI. Experience in various coding languages, VBA, or other platforms are a positive, but not required.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.

Additional Information

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

  • Expected base salary of $75,000- $85,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
  • Base salary plus 10% annual bonus.
  • 25% Rent Discount at any AIR community (a rental application is required, and certain exclusions apply).
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options, HSA/FSA plans, short and long-term disability paid by the company.
