Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will support the Commercial team across both Direct and Distribution Markets within the International Medical Products business. This is a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and finance operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets while supporting business and finance stakeholders across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close activities, financial reporting and review requirements.
- Support annual budget, quarterly forecast processes across markets.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, management dashboards, and monthly reporting packages.
- Analyze financial performance, identify key variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year, and provide actionable insights.
- Perform customer, product, and channel profitability analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with accounting teams and shared service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting and expense allocation.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects for Finance and Commercial leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Accounting, preferably in multinational (MNC) environment
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills, SAP, Hana or data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power Query, Macro
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and willingness to support both routine and ad hoc finance activities.
