Reporting to the Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A) Manager, this role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure disciplined pricing decisions, accurate rebate management, and clear visibility into customer and channel profitability.</p> <p>This position is ideal for a CPA with strong analytical skills who enjoys working close to the business and translating financial data into actionable commercial insights.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><p>• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support pricing decisions, deal analysis, and customer profitability assessments</p> <p>• Analyze product, customer, and channel margins, identifying drivers of profitability and areas for improvement</p> <p>• Support the development, review, and monitoring of pricing programs, discounts, and promotional initiatives</p> <p>• Manage and analyze customer rebate programs including  monthly accruals, master data integrity, and variance analysis</p> <p>• Develop financial models to assess the impact of pricing changes, rebates, and commercial programs on revenue and margin</p> <p>• Support Sales team on critical monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities.</p> <p>• Prepare regular reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, and work with Sales team to understand trends and longer term impacts of current conditions.</p> <p>• Collaborate with Finance team to ensure accurate revenue recognition, rebate accruals, and compliance with internal controls</p> <p>• Identify opportunities to improve pricing discipline, rebate processes, and commercial reporting through automation and standardization</p> <p>• Perform ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as required</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</p> <p>• CPA designation (or actively working toward completion)</p> <p>• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, FP&amp;A, or sales finance</p> <p>• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets</p> <p>• Experience supporting Sales or Commercial teams, including pricing and margin analysis</p> <p>• Advanced Excel skills; comfort working with large data sets and financial systems</p> <p>• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred</strong>:</p> <p>• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or B2B environments</p> <p>• Experience with rebate programs, gross-to-net analysis, or contract pricing</p> <p>• Experience with SAP, alongside BPC and Analysis for Office</p> <p>• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><div>Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">We Offer</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>High-impact role supporting key commercial decisions and revenue growth</li> <li>Opportunity to work closely with Finance &amp; Sales leadership and influence pricing strategy</li> <li>Stable, well-established organization with a strong market presenc</li> <li>Global company with strong brand recognition and long term stability</li> <li>Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including:<br>•    Medical and dental insurance<br>•    Company sponsored life insurance<br>•    Retirement savings plan<br>•    Short  and long term disability programs<br>•    Tuition assistance</li> </ul> <p>Salary Range: $74,000 - $93,000</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">AODA Statement</H2> </div><div><p>A.O.
