This is a fixed-term contract

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support financial planning processes, monitor key financial indicators, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

YOUR ROLE

  • Support the Forecast, Budget, and Risks & Opportunities (R&O) processes for Net Working Capital (NWC), CAPEX, and operating costs at Segment level.

  • Prepare and consolidate financial reports at Segment level, including detailed variance analyses and business insights.

  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Business Units, Plants, Competencies, and Global Business Services (GBS).

  • Monitor and analyze Net Working Capital elements, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable Past Due (AR PD) performance and trends.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of standardized financial procedures and processes.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects, driving efficiency, process optimization, and best practices within the Finance function.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP) and financial reporting tools is an advantage.

  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with stakeholders across different functions and locations.

  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
