The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with financial acumen and is interested in building scalable FP&amp;A processes through systems. &nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Employee Ownership (ESOP):</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Company-funded retirement contribution of approximately 18% of pay, plus 401(k)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunity</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, and Pet Insurance</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and parental leave</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Fitness and tuition reimbursement programs</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>FP&amp;A Systems Ownership &nbsp; <ul> <li>Support day-to-day administration of Prophix, including data loads, model maintenance, and user support &nbsp;</li> <li>Build and enhance budgeting and forecasting templates within Prophix &nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain and improve financial models, workflows, and reporting structures &nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with IT and Finance to ensure accurate and timely data integration (e.g., ERP systems such as D365) &nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in developing dashboards and reports to improve visibility into business performance &nbsp;</li> <li>Troubleshoot system issues and support continuous improvement of the platform</li> </ul> </li> <li>Forecasting &amp; Budgeting &nbsp; <ul> <li>Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes within Prophix &nbsp;</li> <li>Compile, validate, and consolidate inputs from business units &nbsp;</li> <li>Assist in maintaining driver-based planning models and key assumptions &nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure consistency and standardization across planning processes &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting &nbsp; <ul> <li>Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key business drivers &nbsp;</li> <li>Support preparation of monthly management reporting and KPI tracking &nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with analysis across revenue, margin, and operating expenses &nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to ad hoc analysis (pricing, cost trends, profitability, etc.) &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Cross-Functional Support &nbsp; <ul> <li>Work with Sales, Operations, and other business teams to gather inputs and provide insights &nbsp;</li> <li>Help translate operational metrics (volume, pricing, productivity) into financial impact &nbsp;</li> <li>Support improvements in visibility and decision-making through better reporting</li> </ul> </li> <li>Process Improvement &nbsp; <ul> <li>Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline FP&amp;A processes &nbsp;</li> <li>Document system workflows, reporting logic, and planning processes &nbsp;</li> <li>Support best practices in financial planning systems and data governance &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field &nbsp;</li> <li>1–3+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, finance, accounting, or related role &nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with Prophix strongly preferred (or similar FP&amp;A tools) &nbsp;</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (modeling, data analysis) &nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) and data integration is a plus &nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools preferred &nbsp;</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills &nbsp;</li> <li>Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Work Environment &amp; Culture</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">PBI-Gordon Companies offers a collaborative, employee-owned environment where accountability, partnership, and continuous improvement are valued. New employee owners are eligible to participate the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Applicants are awarded based on financial need, academic achievement, and involvement in extracurricular/community activities. &nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Tuition Reimbursement</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">After one full year of employment, employee-owners are eligible for tuition reimbursement for bachelor’s level coursework related to their current job or any future job offered at PBI-Gordon Companies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Parental Leave</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Company paid parental leave is offered to employee-owners following the birth of a child or the placement of a child with an employee in connection with adoption, foster care, or surrogacy.
