POSITION SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst I is an entry level role designed for a recent graduate or early career professional seeking broad exposure to enterprise level financial planning and analysis. As part of Corporate FP&A, this role supports the company’s most critical planning, forecasting, and reporting activities. During the first 12–24 months, the analyst will gain exposure across multiple areas of Corporate FP&A and corporate functions, building a strong foundation in forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and business communication. This role is intentionally designed to provide rotational style exposure across the enterprise, helping develop well rounded FP&A professionals with a strong understanding of how Advanced Energy plans, invests, and manages performance at the corporate level. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
