What You'll Do:
- Journal Entries & Accounts Payable: Record journal entries and manage accounts payable.
- Reporting Cycles: Assist in monthly internal and external reporting for all Netherlands entities.
- Balance Sheet Analysis: Review, maintain, and analyze balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Tax Returns & Reporting: Prepare and file Dutch tax returns (VAT and CIT) and DNB reporting.
- Annual Financial Reports: Assist in preparing annual financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Intercompany Reconciliations: Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely clearance.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate books and records for Netherlands entities, including fundings and capital contributions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience.
- Preferred Background: Combination of public accounting, financial holding environment, and industry experience.
