This role will support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the company’s General and Administrative functions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage the financial planning and analysis process for G&amp;A expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Partner with department leaders to develop, monitor, and manage departmental budgets, while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyze G&amp;A expense trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to business partners and senior management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting related to G&amp;A expenses.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve financial visibility, and support business performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support ad hoc projects, process improvements, and other initiatives as needed.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Minimum Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably with a focus on G&amp;A expense management.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel; experience with Hyperion is a plus.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and ownership.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with process improvement, including identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and supporting implementation of scalable solutions</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compensation:</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The target salary range for this position is 100,300 - 140,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
