재무관리부 Financial Reporting Analyst

The Regulatory Reporting Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for the generation, tracking and submission of various reports in coordination with colleagues in Finance/Risk/Business/Tech, etc.  The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and submit regulatory reports in accordance with local regulatory guidelines on a timely basis, to perform year-round activities for ICoFR (Internal Control over Financial Control, which is equivalent to US-SOX annual process), and to analyze impact on regulatory reporting from internal/external environment change (banking system migration, regulation change, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain overall controls to safeguard the integrity of finance system data and reports, applying a working knowledge of financial and management accounting.
• Perform analysis of financial results to determine the root causes of variances, while monitoring key metrics to identify reporting challenges.
• Collaborate across teams on workflow redesigns, process efficiency initiatives, and data quality improvement projects to enhance reporting automation and reduce manual adjustments.
• Manage day-to-day financial processes, interpret internal policies to resolve operational transactions, and apply industry best practices to standardize and streamline financial workflows.
• Assist the team during regulatory inquiries and examinations by delivering accurate financial information and analytical reviews.
• Operate with autonomy under limited supervision while driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in financial services, with experience in financial platforms and project management preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of related industry practices, accounting standards (US GAAP/K-IFRS), and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with clear and concise communication skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience; MBA or CPA preferred.

주요 업무 및 책임

• 재무 및 관리회계 지식을 활용하여 재무 시스템 데이터와 보고서의 무결성을 보호하기 위한 전반적인 통제 업무 유지 및 관리
• 재무 실적 분석을 통한 차이(Variance)의 근본 원인 파악 및 주요 지표 모니터링을 통한 보고 이슈 식별
• 부서 간 협업을 통한 워크플로우 재설계, 프로세스 효율화 및 데이터 품질 개선 프로젝트 수행 (보고 자동화 강화 및 수작업 조정 최소화)
• 일상적인 재무 프로세스 관리, 내부 정책에 따른 재무 거래 검토 및 처리, 워크플로우 표준화와 효율화 지원
• 금융당국 및 규제 기관의 질의나 검사 발생 시, 정확한 재무 데이터와 분석 자료 제공을 통한 팀 지원
• 일정 수준의 자율성을 바탕으로 주도적인 업무 수행 및 관련 법규와 내부 통제 규정 철저 준수

자격요건

• 금융 서비스 업계 경력 3~5년 이상 (재무 플랫폼 활용 및 프로젝트 관리 경험자 우대)
• MS Office 숙련도 필수 (특히 고급 수준의 MS Excel 활용 능력)
• 관련 업계 실무, 회계 기준(US GAAP / K-IFRS) 및 금융 규제에 대한 실무 지식 보유
• 우수한 분석력, 문제 해결 능력 및 부서 간 협업 역량
• 자기주도적이고 세심한 업무 태도 및 명확하고 간결한 커뮤니케이션 능력 (영어 및 한국어)
• 학사 학위 이상 또는 이에 상응하는 경력 (MBA 또는 CPA 자격증 소지자 우대)
