This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial reports and disclosures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic insights on financial performance and compliance matters.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Functions:</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Supports the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting close process.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Support for various areas related to technical accounting including pension, equity compensation, and goodwill, and other in tangible assets, ASC 842 related to leases, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Responsible for supporting and preparing various disclosures included in Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, including earnings press releases filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Helps update and maintain the company’s accounting policies and ensures they follow Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
