Floor Merchandiser -- Anytime Availability -- 04212026

The Floor Merchandiser is responsible for stocking the store shelves, keeping store products rotated, priced and dated. The job consists of a five-day week, which includes Saturday & Sunday’s.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Monitor product inventory levels
• Check products received against invoices
• Create attractive sales floor displays and ensure the product is prominently displayed
• Stock sales floor shelves with merchandise
• Rotate products and ensure there are no outdated/damaged products on the shelves
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves
• Ensure unit price labels are correct
• Have knowledge of products
• Collaborate with suppliers/vendors for product orders as instructed by the Store Manager
• Inform managers of items to be reordered
• Retrieve product from the warehouse
• Remove trash to designated area
• Maintain price changes
  

Education, Experience and skills required:

• Have a pleasant personality and excellent customer service skills
• Have a positive attitude and a solid work ethic
• Self-Starter, able to work efficiently with minimum supervision
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be dependable and reliable
• Ability to understand and follow directions
• Ability to bend and stretch
• Ability to lift boxes up to 60lbs
• Ability to push/pull 4-wheel equipment loaded with product
• Experience using a case cutter to open boxes when appropriate
