FOCI Compliance Analyst

In this role, you will play a key part in protecting national security interests through rigorous compliance oversight, internal controls, and strategic risk management.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct risk assessments and internal control testing, developing and executing corrective action plans across business processes and systems.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Coordinate governance reporting, including the annual Statement of Assurance, and maintain risk management data using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and Strategic Portfolio Management platforms.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Monitor FOCI mitigation plans and performance, collect security data from legal business entities, and prepare detailed correspondence on FOCI matters.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct stakeholder outreach and engagement to support FOCI compliance and mitigation efforts.</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">8+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance, or security within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal government.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Working knowledge of DoD RMIC policy and FOCI-related programs.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with compliance reporting and governance frameworks.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph.</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Familiarity with DoD Instruction 5010.40, the DoD Statement of Assurance handbook, and the Chairman's risk assessment process.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with ServiceNow IRM or Strategic Portfolio Management modules.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Knowledge of DCSA direction and FOCI mitigation strategies.</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree a plus.</li> </ul> <h3></h3> <p><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
