About you <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Organizational and leadership skills.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Analytical and troubleshooting skills.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrates versatility and ability to maintain multiple tasks.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Strong computer skills and knowledge.</li> </ul> What you'll do <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensures the operations of CookUnity Commissary follows the King County and Washington State Department of Health Food Safety requirements.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ensures compliance with the HACCP plan and maintains logs.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manages the receiving, cooking, cooling and packing processes to ensure compliance with HACCP plan.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Reports/tracks any significant deviations from quality standards and recommends corrective action as necessary to management.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Establishes and presents regular training sessions for the quality control team and fulfillment employees on safety issues.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Participates in new product development to ensure proper food safety control plans can be implemented.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Oversees the fulfillment process related to food safety.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Maintains problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for manufacturing concerns/issues.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Participates as an active member in GMP/HACCP, safety, and process development.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li> </ul> Food Operations Experience: <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience managing food operations with a proven track record within a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Proven experience leading a diverse team.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience executing a HACCP plan</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">State/Local Food Safety Certification; (ie.
